Running a generator inside a garage or shop means breathing exhaust fumes and living with the noise. The Gen-Shed II gives your generator its own weather-tight, ventilated home outside — built and painted to blend in with your house.
- 3 ft. high × 3 ft. deep × 4 ft. wide
- 5/8" T-11 plywood siding built with treated 2×4 lumber
- Painted to closely match your house siding color
- 1/2" treated plywood floor, 1/2" OSB ceiling
- 3" rough sawn trim, painted, 6 colors to choose from
- Insulated fiberboard ceiling for noise reduction
- 30-year architectural shingles for the roof
- Black hinges & knob with 5" heavy-duty galvanized roof hinges
- Battery charger to keep your generator battery fully charged
- I-Power 16", 1600 RPM shutter exhaust fan & cold air intake vents
- 50-amp 125/250-volt NEMA 14-50P 4-wire grounding heavy-duty straight plug
- 60-amp pull disconnect switch
- Easy access — opens from top, front, and side
- Weather-tight storage for your generator, plus LP, gasoline, and other outdoor chemical storage
- Installed within 25 ft. of panel entrance, with talk-through instructions
